We are excited to have you join us for the 2026 Spring softball season. We proudly represent the city Oceanside and our surrounding communities.
Spring Registration Information is
Number of teams will be based on Manager/Coach availability and Players registered
- Plan to field teams in all divisions – Rookies, 8U, 10U, 12U, 14U
- Rookies to 14u teams are formed based on lottery
- For all teams they will have assessments and drafted for ages 10u to 14u.
- Every attempt will be made to honor team requests, but based on number of players per team. There are no guarantees
Fees:
- 10/15-11/30: Early Bird Registration $185 (+$100 refundable snack bar volunteer time) = $285
- 12/01 to 12/15: Discount $15- Registration $195 (+$100 refundable snack bar volunteer time) = $295
- 12/16 to 01/10: Registration $210 (+ $100 refundable snack bar volunteer time)=$310
- Late Registration fee of $10 for any registrations after 01/10/2026 for all divisions Rookies $100
- Accessments are required in spring, they will have accessments the 1st Saturday in January .

LET'S GET READY FOR Spring 2026!!!

Playing up or down a division is an option, and during registration you have the opportunity to indicate interest in doing so. For details on criteria for allowing players to play up or down, please refer to our Rules & Regulations.
Manager Selection: Managers are required to submit applications that are reviewed by the Rules Committee so they can provide their recommendations to the Board. Recommendations are put to a vote by the Board. If we expect to have more teams than we have Managers, additional Managers will be recruited. All volunteers are required to have a background check and complete SafeSport training. In addition, volunteers may also be required to complete concussion training. For more detailed information about Manager selection, please refer to our Rules & Regulations.
Team Formation: Players in Rookies and 8U divisions no assessments are given. Teams are reviewed by our Player Agent and Head of Divisions for balanced talent. If necessary, they will arrange for trades. Once they have finalized teams, rosters are reviewed and voted for approval by the Board. For more detailed information about the draft, please refer to our Rules & Regulations.
Note: Rookies and 8u teams are not drafted as we do not assess this division. Rookies to 14u teams are formed by the Player Agent and Division Coordinator, with input from the Manager. We will do our best to honor any friend requests and place on teams with players from the same school.
Practices: Initially practices will be 2x/week and could drop to 1x/week when games start. Practice start times vary with times as early as 5:00 PM and as late as 7:30 PM with Rookies/8U/10U divisions having earlier practices and 12U/14U divisions with later practices. Practices may be held at Luiseno Park in Oceanside and sometimes Capistrano Park.
Games: 2x/week and will be held on 1 weekday and Saturdays. Practices will be during weekdays. Game times on weekdays are 5:30 or 7:15 Saturdays games start as early as 9 am and can play as late as 3pm.
8U, 10U, 12U , and 14u divisions will inter league with other local leagues.
Rookies Play with in each other at home field every week. (Home field is Luiseno Park.)
Practice/Game Schedule Requests: We are not able to accommodate requests for practice and/or game day or times. We are subject to field allocation and the availability of our volunteer Managers.

Cancellation Policy: Refunds are subject to the current Rules & Regulations applicable to the season you are registering for. There will be NO refunds after January 17th. After that date the Executive Board may elect to provide a prorated refund upon receipt of a written request and explanation from the player's parent/guardian.
